Tapay app is available in Google Play Store for Android phone running Android 5.0 and above, and Apple App Store for iPhones running iOS with any version.

TaPay Users can transfer money from their Wallet to bank account once IC or Passport details are recorded and verified.

No, there will be no charges to customers who transfer money from their bank account to Wallet.

Yes, TaPay will charge a fee, up to a maximum of RM2 to customers who withdraw from Wallet to their bank account.

User to check their mobile connection, this is because the verification code send to the registered mobile number.

This is for verification purpose and security requirement. All data is P&C within the company.

All transaction require 6 digit pin number to go through. Only the account owner has the security pin number.

Refund process will take 3-5 days for normal issues. For special case, refund process will take almost 7 days.

User may use P2P transfer by enter mobile number that user want to transfer.
