You can download TaPay app in Google Play Store for Android phone running Android Version 5.0 and above, and Apple App Store for iPhones running iOS with any version.

The password should consist of :Alphanumeric, minimum of 6 digit and case sensitive (no spacing and symbol).

For the time being, TaPay app is only available in Malaysia.

Contact our Customer Service to freeze your account. This is to protect your account balance. Once you have a new mobile phone, you would need to call us to unfreeze your account and then,you may login into TaPay app as usual.

To edit or make changes to your profile details, please select TaPay app Homepage, Click on “Me” and then, click on “Avatar” and select which section that you would like to make changes.When you are done, select save.

TaPay app wallet size is RM200.00.

For the time being, this feature is not available.

The 6 digit transaction pin is a security measure to prevent any unauthorized transactions.

To edit or make changes to your profile details, please select TaPay app Homepage, Click on “Me” and then, click on “Avatar” and select Change Transaction Password.Select Reset PIN Code. Key in your new PIN Code, re-enter your new PIN Code and click send. A TAC number will be sent your registered mobile number. Enter the verification code and click confirm. Key in your new password, re-enter your new password and click send. A TAC number will be sent your registered mobile number. Enter the verification code and click confirm. You would need the merchant to refund the transaction within the same day. If the merchant is unable to do so, please contact our Customer Service at 03-86842277 to log this issue. Our customer service will help you to log a case and will provide an update to you as soon as possible.

You would need to have a supported device (mobile phone) to download the app. You would also need to have a gmail account to register.

There will be no charges to customers who transfer money from their bank account to TaPay wallet.

Your personal information will not be shared or sold to any other parties,in accordance with the PDPA Act.

You may call our Customer Service at 03-86842277 to terminate your account.

You may reload your TaPay wallet via FPX. Please select the reload function available in TaPay app home screen.

To change your transaction PIN, please select TaPay app Homepage, Click on “Me” and then, click on “Avatar” and select Change Transaction Password. Next, Key in your old PIN, key in your new PIN and re-enter your new PIN. Select Confirm.

You would need to call our Customer Service at 03-86842277 to unblock and reset your password. Then you will need to create new password.

 

Refund process will take approximately 7 days, depending on case to case basis.
